fxotune outputs all zeros

what you mean? running the command gets a zero? please refer this:

I just test fxotune with zaptel-1.4.4, it works well

Did you change to use zaptel-1.4.4?

This installation was upgraded from zaptel to dahdi. I made sure that the old zaptel tools were overwritten with the dahdi equivalents. However, I have another installation that uses dahdi and uses a 4 port Openvox card. When I run fxotune on that pbx, fxotune works fine. What do you think?

Did you use the same version of dahdi and asterisk with that one which works fine?
